Manitoba Great Pyrenees Rescue
Foster Family Agreement
I herby understand that the dog or cat I am fostering belongs to Manitoba Great Pyrenees Rescue Inc. and I am temporarily taking care of it. I will under no circumstances re-home the dog or cat myself and I will contact the rescue if I can no longer care for the said animal.
The MGPR shall not be responsible for any bodily injuries or property damage caused by any foster dog or cat. The Foster home hereby agrees to hold the MGPR harmless from, any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of liability imposed by law upon MGPR, or any of its officers and members because of bodily injuries or death to any person or persons, or any damage to property arising out of or inconsequence of the placement of the dog or cat, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, whether or not the same may have been cause, or may be alleged to have been accused, by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or members, or any other person.
